2.1 The Site offers Users the ability to view historic salvage vehicle auctions in the USA and obtain information about them.
2.2 The website makes every effort to ensure that the information presented is up-to-date and reliable. Nevertheless, the Site is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or reliability of this information.
§ 3
REMOVAL OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE SITE
3.1 The vehicle owner has the option to request the removal of their vehicle from our Site.
3.2 In order to remove the vehicle, the Vehicle Owner must submit such a request via the contact form available on the Website or via the e-mail address provided on the Website.
3.3 We charge a fee of USD 40 net (forty US dollars) + VAT 23% (taxable value added) for removing a vehicle from our Site.
§ 4
PAYMENT
4.1 The vehicle owner must pay for the removal of the vehicle from our Site prior to proceeding with the removal procedure.
4.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods available on the Site, such as a credit card or an electronic payment system.
4.3 Upon receipt of payment for the removal of a vehicle, the Party undertakes to remove the vehicle from our database as soon as possible.

FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 The Site reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to notifying Users of such changes.
5.2 The User undertakes to regularly read the current version of the Regulations available on the Website.
